Products are offered through distribution partners, which include wholesale brokers, retail brokers and designated managing general agents/underwriters (MGAs/MGUs) in the U.S. and abroad. Coverages are backed by the financial strength and security of the my client companies, rated “A+” (Superior) by A.M. Best.  They currently offer an opportunity to join their organization in their New Jersey location.  In this role, Accident & Health Product Analyst, you will assist the department in the development and implementation of A&H products and in the effort to ensure products comply with state rules and regulations.
 Accident & Health Product Analyst Responsibilities:
- Participate in development/drafting process for A&H Products
 - Ability to assist in Full Product Cycle Implementation
 - Creation of underwriting rules/manuals, proposal output, work with sales and marketing on collateral
 - Ability to submit countrywide filing projects to state insurance departments via SERFF
 - Ability to perform regulatory research and to analyze research as it applies to products and business units
 - Ability to provide regulatory and compliance support
 - Track/submit annual filing requirement
 - Participate in claims/complaint handling process
 - Review advertising for compliance with filing approvals and state/federal regulations
 
Accident & Health Product Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of prior experience in A&H product development
 - Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, including clear and effective communication skills
 - Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft product suite; familiarity with SERFF filing submission process
