Our client is a retail agency focused exclusively on catering to high net worth clients. They are subject matter experts able to introduce risk management solutions to protect personal assets for the wealthy. This company has integrated its sales and service teams in a way that commercially driven agencies are not able to match. An Account Executive in the agency means you work in an integrated team where everyone shares responsibilities for client management and the senior most individuals, including this role, also generate new business sales.
Private Client Personal Lines Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Provide client service and consultation to the agency’s existing client base. Play an active role in marketing, education, policy recommendations and claims support regardless if you or another senior associate first originated the relationship.
- Seek out and sell the agency’s service platform to new clientele; create and execute a business development plan around third party referral streams primarily through wealth advisors.
- Participate in the agency’s ongoing branding by maintaining strong ties with key underwriters in the high net worth market.
Private Client Personal Lines Account Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 5-7 years of experience working in high net worth personal lines insurance; the majority of which needs to be concentrated on the agency side in a high level client management/consulting capacity.
- Prior success in business development; must be able to show ways you’ve created and acted on new leads, built centers of influence and closed revenue in those processes.
- State insurance license.
