Our client is a regional insurance agency who is actively looking for someone to manage a mid-sized team of commercial lines Customer Service Representatives, Account Managers, and Supervisors. The ideal candidate will have current experience overseeing a team to execute team goals, professional development, and daily service process and procedure.
Director of Commercial Lines Account Management Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staffing, onboarding, and aligning of service teams to proactively ensure appropriate support based on the current book and expected growth to efficiently manage the client service platform.
- Ensure the team has the tools, resources, and support to ensure successful achievement of goals and execution of the service plan.
- Ensure that each employee has development plans in place to ensure professional growth and achievement of long term career goals.
- Responsible for semi-annual review of all employees on the team.
- Knowledge of carrier/market trends and information.
- Manage the implementation of the client service platform across all clients.
- Act on information provided by monthly scorecard review to improve in each area measured to achieve desired goals.
- Lead and drive team strategic goals and related project plans to completion.
Director of Commercial Lines Account Management Requirements:
- 10-15 years of professional experience, with at least five in a management capacity, preferably for a retail insurance agency.
- Experience working with larger, complex accounts with construction niche a plus.
