Its an arms race to be competitive in the benefits market and they are well positioned to achieve their goals. What they seek in the Alabama group is a successful, knowledgeable sales person who can open doors to larger cases and can take advantage of the company’s referral and relationship resources. In turn the firm offers significant a robust regionalized client management model and attractive short and long term compensation incentives. To be considered for this role you offer at least five (5) years of benefits sales experience on the retail side with a track record of success selling in the 100+ space in the Alabama market.
