Our client understands that Personal insurance – covering home, collectables, automobiles and personal liability – is a crucial and complex area of risk management that typically receives only cursory attention. They ensure both the insurance companies and the policies carry the clout, flexibility and unique clauses to best protect their client’s high-value items. Due to growth in this area of their business, our client is offering an opportunity to join their High Net Worth division as an Account Executive. This position is responsible for managing an existing private client book of business and executing marketing strategies to drive new private client sales.
Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Service and sell personal insurance products to prospective and existing clients.
- Prospect, identify, develop new clients from referral, networking and other marketing initiatives.
- Gather underwriting, pricing, and supporting data for submission preparation.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with company sales representatives, service centers, and underwriting and claim representatives.
- Provide quality customer service to existing accounts.
- Work with clients to ensure the optimal coverage is offered, including quoting and/or follow-up.
- Assist in training other employees.
- Meet annual new sales production goals, as defined locally.
- Perform due diligence on carrier and product selections.
Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of industry experience.
- Texas Property & Casualty License
- Understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms and policies.
- Strong Ultra High Net Worth client service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to keep track of, organize and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to follow through.
- Possess strong decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful.
