Our client is a large regional insurance agency looking to bring in new talent as a Sales Executive in both their Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits divisions.
Sales Executive, Commercial Lines or Employee Benefits Responsibilities:
- Ability to create an aggressive business marketing plan to drive revenue in a 3-5 year period.
- Ability to network at the C-level to determine the customer’s business needs and subsequent insurance requirements.
- Cross-selling additional lines of coverage to round out accounts.
- Up-sell and renew existing clients with additional products and services.
Sales Executive, Commercial Lines or Employee Benefits Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working in an independent agency setting, or the insurance industry in general.
- Applicable state insurance license required (or able to attain within first 90 days of employment), with additional professional designations a plus.
