The Group Employee Benefits Account Executive role for this specialized insurance agency is designed to manage the daily policy administration and execute the client’s twelve month client action plan. You’ll provide important solutions and valuable resources to clients with as few as 100 lives up to several thousand active and retired employees which allows the agency to insure a broad range of businesses.
Group Employee Benefits Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Lead the renewal process handling cost analysis, predictive modeling and budget forecasting.
- Create annual RFP process, handle several aspects of policy administration throughout the year; facilitate open enrollments and educational meetings.
- Help with plan design and benchmarking analysis for network discounts through different providers.
Group Employee Benefits Account Executive Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of account management experience in a benefits agency/brokerage or consulting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Extensive group medical and ancillary benefits knowledge; ability to make enrollment presentations and convey renewal cost projections.
- Proficient in areas of compliance regarding the Affordable Care Act.
