Client Executive, Employee Benefits-Indianapolis, IN

Our client is a large, national insurance brokerage looking to expand in their Indianapolis location. With recent growth, they have a need for a Client Executive in their Employee Benefits division. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work autonomously at a high level. You will directly support the producer team in securing new business, renewing existing clients, and working with the team to provide world class service to the end user.
Client Executive, Employee Benefits Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact in the consulting capacity to existing clients.
  • Administer client benefit marketing and renewals, as well as daily service functions.
  • Develop and manage client book of business and pursue additional revenue opportunities.
  • Assist in the management of the account service team and act as a resource to the department.
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of marketing and renewals, recommending measures to improve satisfaction, performance, and cost.
  • Participate in market meetings, seminars and training programs as directed.

Client Executive, Employee Benefits Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience working with employee benefits, preferably with larger, self-funded clients.
  • Must possess state Life, Accident, and Health license.
  • Additional professional designations such as CEBS, RHU, REBC a plus.
