Personal Lines Customer Service Representative-The Villages, FL

Our client is a growing independent agency with a strong focus in personal lines.  This position, Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, is an opportunity to join the agency in an entry level role that will introduce you to all phases of the client management process.  You will work in a high energy team designed to provide exceptional customer service and take advantage of opportunities to write new accounts.

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for policy administration such as billing, endorsements, policy checking, binders and certificate issuance.
  • You will respond to inquiries from clients in a timely manner.
  • You will prepare renewals by gathering updated information from clients, reviewing claims history, preparing submission packets, rating policies online and writing up proposals.

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • State insurance license or able to obtain one shortly upon hire.
  • At least one (year) of property and casualty insurance experience, preferably in personal lines with an understanding of homeowners, auto and umbrella coverage.
