Personal Lines Account Manager-Springfield, IL

Our client is a well-established regional independent agency in central IL that is growing and looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to help with an existing book of business. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude and willing to help on everything client service related from soup to nuts.

Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Service customers and sales agents in maintaining existing accounts and solicitation of new business.
  • Create renewal proposals and handle other renewal activities in coordination with the agents.
  • Process new business, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and audits for customers.
  • Frequent customer and company contact, analyze coverage, handle all customer and sales agent requests, and have direct contact with underwriters.

Personal Lines Account Manager Requirements:
  • Qualified candidates must have state Property/Casualty license.
  • 1-2 years of past agency account management experience preferred.
  • Individual should possess excellent communication and organizational skills along with the ability to understand basic insurance coverages.
