Personal Lines Account Manager-Overland Park, KS

Our client is a dynamic fast paced property and casualty insurance agency that is looking for an experienced Account Manager / CSR for their clients.  They have been in business for over 30 years and have earned a solid reputation for the high level of customer service in their industry.  They have been experiencing high growth the last several years and plan on continuing so in the future. The responsibility of the Personal Lines Account Manager is to service their personal lines customers with high energy and fine attention to detail.

Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Document and process all clients’ requests for service and submit this information to insurance companies in a timely manner.
  • Aid Sales Producers by processing daily service and renewal business.  This includes completing submissions, preparing proposals, binding coverage with carriers, billing and invoicing policies, requesting endorsements as needed and documenting this information in our agency management system. (AMS 360)
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Producer, Clients, and Insurance Carriers.

Personal Lines Account Manager Qualifications:
  • A Missouri or Kansas P&C License
  • College Degree preferred
  • At least three years of personal lines agency account management experience
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in AMS software
  • Highly proficient in a highly technological agency environment
  • Highly organized and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve problems with customers and insurance carriers.
  • Self-motivated with desire to grow with the company.
