Our client is a regional leader in Insurance Services in the upper Midwest. They have 12 locations throughout ND and SD. They offer a proven track record of high customer satisfaction and sustained sales growth. Their focus is on Commercial and Farm/Crop Insurance. They currently have available an opportunity to join their organization as an Account Manager. This role is responsible for handling accounts alongside a producer by assisting in the acquisition and servicing of accounts. The Account Manager has intimate knowledge of the account and maintains a working relationship with the client’s contacts.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist Producer in selling new and servicing policies
- Understand the accounts handled by the account team as to be able to deal with customer questions and concerns effectively
- Organize and facilitate renewal process within assigned Sales Team
- Assist producer in keeping prospect list current and ready for management review
- Certificates of insurance and binders of insurance
- Schedule presentation, delivery and renewal appointments for sales agent
Account Manager Requirements:
- At least (3) three years of commercial lines agency account management experience.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in AMS software.
- Highly organized and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to resolve problems with customers and insurance carriers.
