My client is start up crop insurance company founded by a successful entrepreneur with a long and demonstrated track record of creating profitable companies. They currently are interested in hiring a Compliance Manager to their growing staff.
Crop Insurance Compliance Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the compliance program.
- Coordinate the licensing function for company and its adjusters.
- Manage the compliance function which includes the monitoring of the activity of company departments to include Marketing, Administration, Claims, Underwriting, and Information Technology.
- Maintain the records system for all regulatory documents, ensuring compliance.
Crop Insurance Compliance Manager Requirements:
- Several years of experience with federal multi-peril crop insurance program.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Agri-business related discipline.
- Several years of experience with insurance programs, claims and loss methodologies.
- Extensive experience with legislation and regulations and how they impact a company operations.
