If you want a build a career in insurance sales the options are unlimited. You can do so for a small independent shop or a national broker.  Typically regional agencies blend the best of both worlds as is the case with this opportunity. The goal for this agency is to not only grow the top line revenues within the Panhandle offices but also address upcoming perpetuation.  To do they seek sales candidates with at least a few years of experience selling property and casualty insurance.

Commercial Insurance Producer Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a sales plan tailored to a geographic region currently being underserved or based around a network of business clients you have in a particular niche discipline.
  • Foster a referral system based on team selling, working closely with the benefits unit and developing centers of influence in the business community.

Commercial Insurance Producer Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2-3 years of commercial insurance sales experience with success managing C-suite relationships, prospecting and closing new business and participating in the ongoing client service process.
  • State insurance license.
