Sales Executive, High Net Worth Personal Lines Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and qualify referrals, meet with prospective and current clients, complete applications and make sales presentations.
- Market and place all new business as well as most renewals; utilize the support of account managers for daily policy administration and changes.
- Build relationships with the agency's commercial and benefits producers to cultivate internal cross selling leads on small business and personal lines accounts. Turn to external referral sources like financial and legal advisors the agency already insures on the commercial lines side for high net worth personal lines opportunities.
- Remain informed of all claims and client service issues stepping in when necessary to help bring them to resolution.
Sales
Executive, High Net Worth Personal Lines Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of insurance experience with some ties to either direct sales or high net worth personal lines. Examples of a transition into this newly created position could include experience as a producer handling different insurance products or in an account management or underwriting role exclusively focused on affluent personal lines.
- State insurance license.
- Consultative approach to sales; able to seek out and develop third party referral streams with underwriters, financial advisors, bankers, attorneys and accountants.
