Our client is an independent insurance agency that is seeking an experienced insurance professional to assist with the policy administration of its life products.
Life Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist insureds with questions related to policies, renewals and billing. Answer incoming calls, provide timely feedback and get agents involved on escalated, complex matters.
- Handle policy management including review of forms, endorsements and any claims information. Also follow up on marketing and underwriting information. Finally, put together proposals.
Life Insurance Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an insurance administrative/support role.
- Must have knowledge of all the following products: life insurance, annuities and long term care.
- State insurance license.
