Commercial Insurance Producer Responsibilities:
  • Concentrate on new business development for middle market property and casualty businesses.
  • Create and execute a marketing plan that develops relationships with regional carriers, associations and community organizations which can lead to new sales opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the agency’s colleagues to capitalize on successful marketing being done in the group life and health, personal lines and financial services practices.

Commercial Insurance Producer Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Between 3-7 years of property and casualty sales experience with an independent agency, brokerage or consulting firm.
  • Success organically developing a book of business in the Mississippi market or surrounding states concentrating on soliciting commercial accounts generating over $10k in revenue.
