Our client is a well-respected regional insurance brokerage on the western slope looking to add a commercial lines producer to their existing sales staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to come into a well respected and existing book of business. The ideal candidate will have some experience working with HOA/Condo association accounts and able to assimilate quickly into a new environment without any training or learning curve.
Commercial Lines Producer Responsibilities:
- Ability to create an aggressive business marketing plan to drive revenue in a 3-5 year period.
- Ability to network at the C-level to determine the customer’s business needs and subsequent insurance requirements.
- Cross-selling additional lines of coverage to round out accounts.
- Up-sell and renew existing clients with additional products and services.
Commercial Lines Producer Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in an independent agency setting or for a direct writer.
- Must possess applicable state insurance license, with additional professional designations a plus.
- Previous HOA experience a huge plus.
- Open to relocation candidates — assistance available.
