Our client is a regional insurance brokerage looking to expand in their office in the Quad Cities. They seek motivated and successful candidates currently in a sales role for an insurance agency. The ideal candidate will have an aggressive and entrepreneurial attitude to help facilitate organic growth. This agency has all of the tools and resources to equip a true hunter to be successful immediately in a challenging market.
Commercial Lines P&C Producer Responsibilities:
- Ability to create an aggressive business marketing plan to drive revenue in a 3-5 year period.
- Ability to network at the C-level to determine the customer’s business needs and subsequent insurance requirements.
- Cross-selling additional lines of coverage to round out accounts.
- Up-sell and renew existing clients with additional products and services.
Commercial Lines P&C Producer Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in an independent agency setting preferred – will also consider strong sales candidates coming from a captive agency environment.
- Ability to transfer an existing book of business a plus — willing to purchase the book when possible.
- Must possess applicable state insurance license, with additional professional designations a plus.
