Our client is a rapidly growing premier brokerage who built their company by commitment and marketing partnerships. They are located in the emerging market area of Boston. They are offering an opportunity to join their dynamic organization as an Employee Benefits Producer. You will develop and implement an individual sales plan for employee benefits insurance products and coordinate service of assigned accounts, deliver renewals on a timely basis and secure quotes when necessary.
Employee Benefits Producer Responsibilities:
- Cross sell and up sell on existing book of business.
- Manage renewal process for new and existing clients.
- Organically grow the book through networking, industry events, cold calling, and online tools.
- Work with internal team to create sales processes that create top line profit.
Employee Benefits Producer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous successful sales experience.
- Industry related training and sales training preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience in employee group benefits at an agency or company.
- CEBS certification preferred.
