Producer/Sales Positions
Stop Loss Sales Executive – Chicago or Minneapolis
 This is a great opportunity for a great business developer with a strong self funded background.  Our client is looking for a dynamic salesperson to build on existing relationships with TPA's, agencies and brokers to sell their stop loss product geared towards accounts in the 500 and below life arena.  This is a terrific opportunity and my client is open to having people in Washington DC, Richmond, VA, anywhere in Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN.


Construction and Bonding Producer – Iowa, Chicago, Kansas City
My client is a well respected independent agency that plays on a national level and has tripled their revenue over the past ten years.  They are looking to add several people to their construction practice in sales, claims, loss control and service.  Specifically they are looking to add a construction managing producer that can act as a  game changer and help continue to build their practice.  This is an ownership opportunity and it requires someone with a strong leadership and business development skills.


Commercial Truck Producer – OH, IN, IL
Our client is a respected independent agency making significant contributions to the transportation insurance industry.  They seek a sales executive with commercial insurance experience to join their team.  Prior experience specializing in truck insurance is not required.  In fact, it’s preferred as the agency intends to train all of its new producers into large account sales as well as diversify into other commercial insurance niches.  Additionally, as the agency has grown sales executives have been hired remotely.  Working from home is an option in this position.  You would have support from other virtual offices outside of Ohio as far west as Chicago and as far south as Nashville.


Commercial Lines Producer – Chicago or Kansas City
Our client is an independent insurance broker deeply rooted in the Midwest insurance market. The agency has a thriving, diversified approach to servicing the trucking industry and several other niches.  They are currently seeking a top level producer to help grow their office.  This is not for a producer that is looking to just grow their book.  Instead they are looking for someone that is driven to improve the others around them and wants to eventually lead an office.  This is an ownership opportunity with one of the fastest growing agencies in the nation.


Employee Benefits Producer – Chicago, IL
With a very long and storied history, our client is among the most well established and reputable agencies in the greater Chicagoland area.  Of regional size, they offer an entrepreneurial culture where sales executives are well supported and given every opportunity to succeed. They currently have an existing book of group benefits business to grant an incoming producer to get started.  As an experienced Employee Benefits Producer, Account Executive, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients with a focus on retaining and growing this book moving forward.


Commercial Lines Producer – Springfield, MO
This is a great opportunity with a very strong agency that is aggressively growing.  Our client is looking for someone that has ties to the Ozarks that can proactively go out and develop a strong book of commercial lines business.  This agency is looking for people that would like to not only build up their book but also develop leadership skills as well. 


Commercial Lines Producer – Madison, WI

Our client is a retail agency with a reputation for catering to high net worth clients.  It is a professional, family oriented agency that places importance on work/life balance.  The personal lines team seeks an experienced customer service professional to provide administrative support to their division. 


Commercial Lines Account Manager- Cedar Rapids, IA
Our client is a reputable independent agency with a strong commercial insurance platform.  Large account retention is extremely important to the vitality of their organization.  This position, Commercial Insurance Account Manager, will assume responsibility for a large book of middle market accounts with several construction related clients.  You will execute client service strategies on behalf of several producers.  Your involvement in furthering the agency's relationship with the insured is critical

This is a terrific job with an awesome agency.  Our client is one of the most well respected agencies in the state of Ohio and they are looking for a really strong commercial lines account manager.  Our client's book is comprised of large middle market risks working in several industries including healthcare and transportation.  They need someone that is very good working in front of clients and with underwriters that can join a team that services this large book.

Our client is a reputable St. Louis insurance agency serving businesses and individuals in the area for over fifty years.  They have a knowledgeable sales and service staff that offer commercial, employee benefits and personal lines coverage to local and regional businesses.   This position, Commercial Lines Service Supervisor, will help with Human Resources and operations functions of the agency.  It has a heavy emphasis on employee management and workflow efficiency in the customer service unit.  The agency is looking for someone who will ensure that customers receive the best service possible, and who can coordinate functions with service staff and clients.

Employee Benefits Account Executive – Chicago, IL
Our client is a large, independent agency with an impeccable reputation based on the tenure and national exposure of its senior leadership. The group benefits division is such a strong portion of the agency's overall revenue that the same resources common to a consulting firm are present within this position.  As Group Benefits Account Manager you’ll devote time to the continued development of the agency’s relationship with the insured, and concentrate on the thorough review and implementation of policies to drive down costs and promote a strong group benefits portfolio.



Group Benefit Account Analyst – Indianapolis, IN
Our client is a respected independent insurance agency with several consultative solutions for businesses desiring knowledge, education and cost savings for group medical insurance. Self-funded group medical plans are especially important for larger businesses employing several hundred employees or more.  This position, Group Benefits Analyst, works within the agency's group employee benefits service team to analyze health insurance data in preparation for submission and renewal.
