Our client is a growing independent agency looking to add an aggressive and motivated Employee Benefits Producer to their Houston office.
Employee Benefits Producer Responsibilities
- Ability to create an aggressive business marketing plan to drive revenue in a 3-5 year period.
- Ability to network at the C-level to determine the customer’s business needs and subsequent insurance requirements.
- Cross selling additional lines of coverage to round out accounts.
- Up sell and renew existing clients with additional products and services.
- Act as a subject matter expert regarding all group insurance products.
Employee Benefits Producer Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in an independent agency setting or direct sales in a carrier role.
- Consistent track record of performance in B2B sales (i.e. President’s Club, Circle of Excellence, Rookie of the Year, etc.)
- Must possess applicable state insurance license with additional professional designations such as CEBS, RHU, REBC preferred.
