JD, CPCU, ARM preferred
Dedicated insurance professional with 10+
years of environmental/pollution claims experience
Knowledgeable
about state and federal environmental agencies and regulations
Handled
litigation in California and Oregon
Nationwide Experience
Working relationship with multiple carriers
Worked on a variety of environmental cases
Worked on cases with multiple carrier
involvement
Worked closely with counsel in the
development of coverage positions
Reviewed policies, analyzed coverage and
issues, and prepared detailed coverage position letters
Communicates verbally and in writing with
policyholders, attorneys, agents, other carriers
Documents, files, and provides comprehensive
reports
