Senior Employee Benefits Account Executive - Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA

Our client is a multi-state insurance brokerage in the process of reshaping its group benefits service platform. Several aspects of what make the company successful is the vision of its executive leadership and the capability to invest in resources. Doubling the company's benefits revenue in the next five years takes a very strong service infrastructure that starts at the top with Account Executives. Joining the firm in this role means you'll be among an elite group of team lead members centralized for the Southeast region. Its required that you be strategic and focused on supporting new business closing and marketing. The flow of accounts will be regionalized meaning any large, self-funded group in the group will be directed to you regardless of the account's location or the office in which the originating producer is placed.

To be considered you must offer at least 8-10 years of senior level group benefits plan design, marketing and client consultation experience. Retail agency experience is a must either at the AE level or in production but you prefer a non-originating role. Your expertise is in larger, self-funded plans and you've been involved in all "soup-to-nuts" facets of client service, putting you in a position to direct account management teams underneath you in this firm. You understand how to bring together resources proactively that the client will need (wellness, HR consulting, compliance) and thrive in an environment that is fast paced where you will travel to see clients, conduct meetings and participate in presentations.

Please contact Scott Thompson for immediate confidential consideration and additional details.
