Employee Benefits Account Executive - Dallas, TX


This is a great opportunity to join a large national firm that focuses on large accounts in the 1,000 - 5,000 and above life arena.  Our client is a leading full services independent insurance agency.  They are looking for a senior level client services executive to assist their dynamic and growing team in Dallas.  You will provide strategic planning and consulting advice to customers and prospects on a regional and national basis.



Senior Account Executive
Work with internal team of consultants, actuaries, and account managers to provide daily service to clients.
Prepare presentations for existing and prospective customers, outlining portfolio of consulting products and services.
Produce RFPs, coordinate vendor response, analyze RFP response and prepare client reports with recommendations.
Act as project lead to push deliverables through the pipeline to end result.
Provide expertise and sound judgment after careful in-depth analysis of complete health and welfare program.

Senior Account Executive Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
8-10 years of industry experience in a similar high level role, preferably with a large consulting firm or insurance agency.
State Life/Health license required.

Employee Benefits Account Manager
Group Benefits Analyst Requirements:
Responsible as the first point of contact for the insured.
Manage several aspects of marketing, communication, enrollments, and ongoing account maintenance.
Strengthen client relationships to promote the agency's customer service and high retention rate.

Group Benefits Analyst Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of group benefits service experience with an insurance company or independent agency.
Experience with policy administration, compiling spreadsheets, handling communication and enrollments.
Hold a Texas L&H license or able to obtain one shortly after hire.
