Personal Lines Business Development Specialist - Denver, CO

This Personal Lines Business Development role is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced private client insurance professional to take control of and transform an existing practice for a strong regional agency in Denver.  High net worth personal lines has long been a part of the agency's business model however its been more on the sidelines as a complimentary service offering for internal referrals versus a strong external revenue driver.  That will change with this someone taking the reigns in this business development position.  The ideal candidate has deep experience in client management, preferably at the Account Executive level, but desire more influence in strategic design, higher earnings through commission and external sales responsibilities.  You'll be supported in your service efforts with a dedicated, tenured account manager at your side.  You'll be supported in your business development efforts with several existing referral relationships through private bankers and wealth advisors. 

Personal Lines Business Development, Account Executive Responsibilities
Able to cultivate, qualify and onboard new clients with a hand in the complete sales cycle.  This includes your ability to create and execute a marketing strategy to get in front of new clients through your marketing efforts with personal and private bankers, wealth advisors and other producers within the agency.
Be the face of the Private Client Division to the Big Four insurance companies- Ace, Chubb, Fireman's Fund and AIG- working with them on program design, rating and policy changes and customer management strategies.
Serve as the primary technical resource on products and programs unique to affluent personal lines.
Personal Lines Business Development, Account Executive Requirements:
At least five (5) years of dedicated experience in sales, marketing and client management within high net worth personal lines.  Established relationships with underwriters and a solid understanding of pricing and coverage nuances for high net worth personal lines programs.  
State insurance license.
Consultative approach to sales; able to seek out and develop third party referral streams with underwriters, financial advisors, bankers, attorneys and accountants. 

Comfortable working under new business sales goals. Must be able to balance client consulting after the point fo sale with continuing to seek out new account opportunities.

Private Client Personal Lines Account Executive - Scottsdale, AZ

The role of client manager, referred to as Account Executive within this insurance agency's highly specialized private client group platform, supports the business development and client consulting efforts.  Your influence in this role is critical to growing the office and maintaining a reputation of excellence with regards to providing clients important and timely risk protection.  The agency works very hard to integrate each team member into every facet of the sales and service process. The firm's Phoenix office is developing and therefore needs a strong second-in-command to the business development leader to build out the operations. 

Private Client Personal Lines Account Executive Responsibilities:
Take charge of aspects of the renewal process including client review meetings, submission compilation and marketing negotiation with carriers.
Perform policy administration including endorsements and/or other policy changes, certificates and assist with gathering renewal information.
Manage all policy billing including cancellations, renewals and any applicable payment scheduling or financing.
Take control of escalated customer service or claims issues.
Participate in the agency's ongoing branding by maintaining strong ties with key underwriters in the high net worth market.


Private Client Personal Lines Account Executive Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.
At least five (5) years of insurance experience in a client service or sales role within an insurance agency's personal lines division that has a defined portion of affluent clients. 
You have a strong working history of doing business with underwriters at carriers like Chubb, Fireman's Fund, Chartis and Ace to procure appropriate coverage and endorsements.  

Demonstrate team leadership abilities so as the office grows you can be a resource for training and development of junior employees as well as work directly with the client on coverage recommendations and delivering on service promises in concert with the business development leaders.

Personal Lines Account Manager-Chicago, IL

Our client is a growing independent insurance agency with a personal lines department that focuses on affluent clients.  This role is responsible for assisting the department manager with policy administration and client management for all of the agency's personal lines accounts.  It’s okay if you're not exclusively dedicated to high net worth accounts in your current role.  This book will have a mixture of standard and affluent accounts; the agency is also able to train and develop your skills with more complex policies.



Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:
·       
You will be responsible for account management including renewals, billing, endorsements, fielding customer inquiries, policy review, binders, and assistance with claims resolution.

·        Prepare renewal submissions- gather information from clients, review claims records, work with underwriters on follow up requests or utilize online rating software to prepare quotes.

Personal Lines Account Manager Qualifications:
·       
You have at least three (3) years of personal lines insurance experience in a customer service role with an independent insurance agency; experience with high net worth accounts is helpful but most important is your knowledge of underwriting guidelines and rating software with multiple personal lines insurance companies.
·        You have experience handling each of the following coverage: homeowners, personal auto and umbrella.

·        Active state insurance license.

Personal Lines Account Manager - Chicago, IL



Our client is a retail agency with a reputation for catering to high net worth clients.  It is a professional, family oriented agency that places importance on work/life balance.  The personal lines team seeks an experienced customer service professional to provide administrative support to their division.



Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Handle policy administration including endorsements and/or other policy changes, certificates and assist with gathering renewal information.
Prepare spreadsheets.
Manage all policy billing including cancellations, renewals and any applicable payment scheduling or financing.

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
At least two (2) years of insurance experience in a similar administrative or account management role.
Familiarity with personal lines products like home, auto and umbrella policies; High Net Worth personal lines experience is a plus but not required.
Well spoken, thorough and have a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.

Personal Lines Account Manager – New Orleans, LA



This is a great position with one of the most well respected agencies in New Orleans.  Our client is looking for energetic personal lines person that can take on an existing book of business and look to grow it. This will be working with both High Net Worth and Affluent customers and as such needs someone with a strong sense of service.


Our client is a growing independent agency providing property/casualty, employee benefits and personal lines coverage to insureds through the Gulf Coast.  They seek a customer service oriented personal lines professional to join their team.  It’s important you offer experience as a CSR or Account Manager handling a book of personal lines business.  You must understand online rating for multiple carriers and how to conduct renewal marketing. 

Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for account management including renewals, billing, endorsements, fielding customer inquiries, policy review, binders, and assistance with claims resolution.  
You can help identify new sales opportunities, either through discussion with the agency's current clients or up selling on coverage not currently within the policy (like auto, homeowners, or umbrella).

Personal Lines Account Manager Qualifications:
You have at least three (3) years of personal lines insurance experience in sales, customer service or underwriting.
Your coverage knowledge includes expertise with homeowners, personal auto and umbrella.
You are comfortable developing relationships with clients and making recommendations to clients about coverage and price options.
You have familiarity with Chartis, Chubb and Fireman's Fund programs for higher valued personal lines property.
Active Louisiana P&C license.

Director of Administration & Client Service - Executive Benefits

Designed to support a Fortune 500 company's insurance needs, the partnership develops, implements and maintains important voluntary insurance products to executive employees.  This position, Director of Administration and Client Service, will manage the company's administrative division which handles enrollments, client service and technology.  This requires a high energy, forward thinking professional who can be a mentor, a manager and a strategic leader for the company.

Director of Administration and Client Service Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations, quality standards and client service initiatives involved in individual executive disability enrollments and administration.
Solidify Best Practices and implement efficient processes to maintain a "white glove" standard for client service, balancing multiple long term disability enrollment functions with relationship building and communication.
Hire, train and set performance reviews with staff (account managers, CSRs and technology/database managers); make compensation recommendations; create annual budgets.
Participate in the company's executive leadership group; attend business development meetings and industry functions as needed.

Director of Administration and Client Service Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required; at least five (5) years of team leadership, supervisory or management experience.

Personal Lines Producer - Memphis, TN


This is an awesome position with one of the most well respected agencies in Tennessee.  My client is looking for a consultative seller to focus on their personal lines products. This is a terrific opportunity for someone working at a smaller agency or a captive that would like to transition into the high net worth and affluent arena.  While they want someone with strong cold calling skills they are most interested in someone that knows how to develop referral streams from trusted advisers of affluent clientele like lawyers, CPA's and financial advisers.



Personal Lines Producer

Our client is an independent insurance agency recognized for its full service property and casualty program offerings. Providing personal lines insurance solutions is an important way the agency offers additional resources for business owners and its employees.  As Personal Lines Producer, you'll be responsible for helping the agency promote personal lines through cross selling opportunities, new social media advertising, targeting affluent buyers or expanding the agency's footprint in Arkansas and north Mississippi.

Personal Lines Producer Responsibilities:
Create a sales plan to identify new business personal lines accounts.
Partner with the commercial and benefits producers to capitalize on internal referrals and cross selling opportunities.
Develop third party referral streams through centers of influence in the financial services and professional community.

Personal Lines Producer Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in insurance and risk management or related degree.
At least 1-3 years of independent property and casualty sales experience; background writing larger personal lines accounts is highly desired.
Responsible for achieving new business goals through outside sales prospecting.
Active TN P&C license.
