Environmental Claims Supervisor Responsibilities
Coverage Analysis
Evaluation of Liability Exposure
Settlement Negotiations

Environmental Claims Supervisor  Requirements
JD, CPCU, ARM preferred
Dedicated insurance professional with 10+ years of environmental/pollution claims experience
Knowledgeable about state and federal environmental agencies and regulations
Handled litigation in California and Oregon
Nationwide Experience
Working relationship with multiple carriers
Worked on a variety of environmental cases
Worked on cases with multiple carrier involvement
Worked closely with counsel in the development of coverage positions
Reviewed policies, analyzed coverage and issues, and prepared detailed coverage position letters
Communicates verbally and in writing with policyholders, attorneys, agents, other carriers

They are strong financially as demonstrated by their "Excellent" rating by AM Best. They currently offer an opportunity to join their marketing department. This individual will play a critical role in the Marketing group’s effort in researching and analyzing new product opportunities and bringing them to market, as well as positioning current products with my client’s sales force. This position will analyze and interpret product research to develop positioning and supporting tools for the sales of their products.



Product Marketing Analyst Responsibilities
Discover, qualify, and analyze information from various sources – market intelligence, competitive intelligence, and market research. Analyze results, draw insights.
Contribute to product strategy, definition, and delivery.
Collects and leverages market intelligence and other information about competitors and competing products.
Collects and leverages industry data for product development and product communications.
Collects and leverages women’s market information.
Establish research methodology and design format for gathering data from other companies.
Collaborate with marketing team to design and deliver research to impact sales collateral and tools.

Product Marketing Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, Masters preferred.
Life insurance and annuity industry experience required.
Four years’ experience conducting research and analysis in a business environment.
Qualitative/quantitative research such as focus groups and surveys.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

This Commercial Lines Account Manager role is an immediate opening for an experienced property and casualty professional who can manage a middle market book of business with a client volume that demands you be highly organized, thorough and run with the full gamut of policy administration.  The agency is a national insurance broker with highly specialized niches, so its likely in managing this book you'll grow to become an expert in unique industries.  You will help producers manage the business relationship and coordinate all of the policy administration and renewal preparation.


Commercial Lines Account Manager Responsibilities
Establish solid client relationships and manage the delivery of services along with answering questions from clients about coverage, billing, and endorsements
Identify important client needs as well as cross selling opportunities and effectively communicate those needs to the sales team
Coordinate the administrative activity of client accounts like certificates, id cards, and applications as they relate to renewals and claims.
Grow relationships with underwriters and marketing contacts to help work through renewal negotiations, coverage gaps, claims issues and additional services or policy purchases.

At least four (4) years of successful property and casualty agency service experience.  Must have held account management duties related to direct advising of insured on coverage, marketing, client visits and some cross selling/upselling.
Bachelor's degree is preferred; commensurate experience and professional designations will be considered.

Small Business Account Manager - Atlanta, GA

The Small Business Insurance Account Manager role is critical to this independent agency's realignment within its commercial lines division.  It provides the firm with a systematic approach to client service with the goal of achieving high client satisfaction, capturing cross selling opportunities and providing several career paths for employees.  In this role you'll be given a lot of responsibility and autonomy for managing clients.  You'll directly advise on coverage, manage the entire renewal process and also secure new business revenue through internal leads and by identifying coverage enhancements for existing clients.  This is an excellent way to propel your insurance career forward within a client service position if you like small business accounts or want to work into a middle market book of business with an insurance agency large enough to have both divisions. 


Small Business Insurance Account Manager Responsibilities

Assist account managers in the middle market division during very active renewal seasons and overflow of policy management duties as needed.
Work with clients on account rounding to write additional new business policies.  Help facilitate internal referrals with the life and health and personal lines departments.
Small Business Insurance Account Manager Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of property and casualty insurance experience in an administrative or policy support capacity. Agency, wholesale or insurance company experience will be considered.  Most important is exposure to multiple policies (commercial property, General Liability, auto and so on). 
State insurance license.

Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Excel.  Can work in a paperless environment. Comfortable with online rating systems for quotes.

Commercial Lines Team Leader - Chicago, IL

Commercial Lines Team Leader is a critical role within an insurance agency's strategic management and client retention.  Essentially this is a position that touches several phases of the agency's operations including marketing, client management, employee development and workflows.  For this regional agency in Chicago that is growing, the goal of the team leader position is to facilitate the ongoing management of the property and casualty service team and create synergy between the marketing and account management functions to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and timely renewal management.

Commercial Lines Team Leader Responsibilities
Under client management, you'll oversee the implementation and execution of written service agreements including arranging client meetings, assigning points of contact, ensuring timely follow up on requested items from clients and review marketing summaries and checklists.
Within the scope of marketing, you'll participate in building wholesale and carrier relationships, review vendor agreements, market specific new and renewal cases as needed, train client managers on online rating software and work with the producers on expiration lists to get the renewal process started.
As a manager, you're responsible for hiring, performance management, training and employee development of client service staff.  You'll establish policies and procedures for maximizing efficiencies within the agency's management system (Applied/TAM). You'll make sure close communication is established between the commercial lines, small business and marketing departments so there is consistency in the workflows.
Commercial Lines Team Leader Requirements
At least 5-10 years of property and casualty career experience; this must include time spent working with an insurance agency.
Prior management and/or supervisory experience is required.
Established relationships with underwriters and wholesale brokers in the Chicago area; must have experience with marketing and rating submissions.

Must also have experience with addressing policy and procedures including oversight of efficiencies, allocating workloads and managing customer service staff.
