This position, Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager, is unique to similar roles in other independent agencies because it will be the senior most client service manager within this small but growing independent firm in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.  The position takes an "all hands on deck" approach required when you work in a smaller company that includes responsibilities for directing workflows, going out on sales calls with the producers and ensuring quality standards for policy administration are met.
