Commercial Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist the producer in managing existing clients, both cultivating relationships with insureds but also taking on most of the daily service requirements.
 - Gathering and analyzing information for renewals; complete applications, prepare submissions, handle online rating and prepare proposals.
 - Promptly reply to insureds with coverage and billing questions; complete certificate requests; review client contracts.
 
Commercial Lines Account Manager Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of property and casualty insurance experience in a customer service role.
 - Strong attention to detail; highly organized; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
