Group Employee Benefits Producer Responsibilities:
- Establish a three year business development plan targeting accounts within your personal network along with capitalizing on cross selling opportunities with the agency's commercial lines team.
 - Identify connections between Omaha and Lincoln based businesses to parts of South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas and Colorado to expand the agency's sales footprint.
 - Place a greater emphasis on complex cases needing experience rated, self-funded options.
 - Participate in the group benefits division's growth through input on marketing, staff development and community involvement.
 
Group Employee Benefits Producer Requirements:
- At least three (3) years of group life and health sales experience.
 - Bachelor's degree.
 - Successful track record of business development; able to show a sales pattern derived through networking, cold calling and use of company and/or retail agency resources.
