Agency Operations Manager - Jackson, MS


Our client is a large regional and national agency who is growing and currently looking for an Operations Manager in their Jackson area office.  They are seeking a dynamic individual who will bring high energy, good work ethic, and an entrepreneurial spirit to the position, along with strong technical skills and past agency experience focused on all lines of insurance risks.



Agency Operations Manager
Oversee multiple offices for all departments including commercial, personal lines, and employee benefits.
Create consistent policies and procedures to be followed and maintained consistently in all offices.
Work with leadership team to develop and implement all procedures and train staff accordingly.
Monitor performance of client service teams and individuals.
Oversee staff, approving vacation time, timecards, daily issues, and much more.
Coordinate with management team to ensure oversight in each office is consistent with overall objectives and goals.

Agency Operations Manager Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred.
7-10 years of insurance experience, preferably on the agency side.
Previous management experience an absolute must.
Some travel required.
