This is a great opportunity to be a part of one of the most well respected agencies in the west.  My client is a strong independent agency that needs an account manager in their risk management practice.  They are looking for a strong personality with good commercial lines skills that can step in and hit the ground running.

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our client is a reputable independent agency with a strong commercial insurance platform.  Account retention is extremely important to the vitality of their organization.  As such they have a strong customer service structure where each member of the team is responsible for enhancing the relationship with the client through timely, accurate and valuable information regarding insurance policies.

Commercial Insurance CSR Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to insurance producers by completing applications, processing endorsements and certificates, managing billing, checking policies and preparing renewal information.
Address inquiries from clients pertaining to coverage, billing and claims.
Support larger account renewals through assistance with RFPs.

Commercial Insurance CSR Qualifications:
1-3 years of property and casualty experience as an underwriting assistant, CSR or account manager.
Experience with package policies involving work comp, property, general liability and commercial auto coverage.
Active P&C license (or able to obtain one shortly after hire).
Strong oral and written communication; working knowledge of Microsoft and agency management systems like TAM and Applied; experience with paperless office systems is helpful.
