Client Services Director, Employee Benefits - Atlanta, GA


Our client is a regional insurance agency that is looking for a Client Services Director in their group benefits division.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee benefits, a solid work ethic, and a can-do attitude to provide world class service to clients and prospects.  You must have previous management experience and in-depth technical knowledge of group insurance products.  In this role you will plan, direct, and coordinate the account management, benefit analyst, and administrative teams in the pursuit of client sales, service, retention and growth.



Client Services Director, Employee Benefits Responsibilities
Manage individual team member's books of business and make regular adjustments to ensure capacity and delivery of exceptional service and material.
Monitor and own corporate and departmental performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure achievement of annual and long term goals.
Monitor agent performance, adherence to protocols, proper interface, and delivery within teams.
Manage relationships with carriers and ensure employees and clients are informed and up-to-speed on various product offerings, changes, and service issues.
Ensure team has appropriate knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory compliance.
Attend prospect and client meetings to ensure proper delivery and consistency among teams.

Client Services Director, Employee Benefits Requirements
7-10 years of applicable industry experience, preferably in a retail agency setting.
Previous management experience required.
State Life/Health license required.
Professional designations (CEBS, RHU, GBA, etc.) a plus.
