Agency Systems Trainer - Birmingham, Jackson, Nashville, Memphis, Little Rock or Baton Rouge


I'm working on a really unique position in the Deep south for a strong trainer and project manager.  Our client is a strong regional agency that is beginning to transition to a new agency management system.  Essentially they are looking for someone to be the quarterback of this process to act as a project manager, troubleshoot problems with the assistance of the vendor, test the product and oversee training.  They are comfortable having someone in the following areas:  Birmingham, Jackson, Nashville, Memphis, Little Rock or Baton Rouge.  Please let me know if you have any questions or if you have any interest.  Job description is below:


Our client is a progressive regional broker with multiple offices located throughout the South.  As the agency prepares for continued growth its clear the operations team has a critical void in the management of workflow procedures, training and system administration.  This position, Agency Systems Trainer, is a newly developed role that is responsible for maintaining consistency within the agency's service teams.

Agency Systems Trainer Responsibilities:
Early in this role the primary task will be the integration of a new agency management system.
Secondarily, this role will oversee all related training, information transfer and process improvement of this and other new technology.
You will organize manuals, policies and procedures for the account management teams.
You'll provide instruction on the agency's paperless tools and monitor its correct usage.
You'll travel throughout the agency's various offices conducting training presentations, forming focus/user groups and auditing Best Practices.

Agency Systems Trainer Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
Extensive familiarity with a commercial agency's organization structure- how an agency forms policies and account management procedures, implements system rollovers, handles special administrative projects, conducts training and maintains Best Practices.
Prior work in account management, client service management or best practices/training for an agency is high preferred.
Experience working with Sagitta is required.
Travel flexibility- this will involve some overnight travel.
