Commercial Lines Account Executive-Dallas, TX

Our client is a well-respected regional insurance agency that has been around for over fifty years. They are growing their practice in their office near Dallas and are looking for dynamic insurance professionals to join their team. They are currently looking for a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their team and manage the daily service needs for an existing book of business. In this role you will be responsible for customer relationship cultivation by seeking and closing cross selling and account rounding opportunities, along with effectively educating clients regarding their insurance and business needs.

Commercial Lines Account Executive Responsibilities:
  • Provide risk reduction plan oversight and rollout.
  • Attend joint client and prospect calls with producers for new business presentations and gather data needed for submissions.
  • Work with internal team to coordinate new business applications, review and proof of proposals, and capabilities presentations.
  • Oversee and coordinate renewal timeframe with existing clients.
  • Maintain and build relationships with carriers, including underwriters.

Commercial Lines Account Executive Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree required, along with Property and Casualty state insurance license.
  • Additional designations such as CIC, CPCU strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with larger construction risk a huge plus.
  • 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in a retail agency setting.

Senior Account Executive, Commercial Lines-Boston, MA

Our client is a large, national insurance brokerage looking to expand in their Boston location.  With recent growth, they have a need for a senior level client service candidate in their Property & Casualty division.  This is a wonderful opportunity for a strong technical candidate who also has an entrepreneurial spirit and isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty.  This is a growth position and will be very demanding, but incredibly rewarding both professionally and financially.

Senior Account Executive, Commercial Lines Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact in the consulting capacity to existing clients.
  • Administer client marketing and renewals, as well as daily service functions.
  • Develop and manage client book of business and pursue additional revenue opportunities.
  • Assist in the management of the account service team and act as a resource to the department.
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of marketing and renewals, recommending measures to improve satisfaction, performance, and cost.
  • Participate in market meetings, seminars and training programs as directed.

Senior Account Executive, Commercial Lines Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of P&C experience, especially with large commercial lines risks.
  • Must possess state Life, Accident, and Health license.

Commercial Lines Account Executive-St. Louis, MO

Our client is a large regional agency that is looking to expand in their St. Louis office. They are seeking a dynamic individual to be a Commercial Lines Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical industry experience, along with sales acumen and the ability to sit in front of C-level contacts at prospects and clients to help close deals.

Commercial Lines Account Executive Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance in the handling of new and renewal business to further enable the sales team to develop new business sales and enhance existing client relationships.
  • Solidify client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and expanding current accounts, and developing relationships with carriers and external vendors.
  • Show ability to work independently and with little supervision to carry out all job duties.
  • Attend and participate in carrier meetings and presentations when applicable.
  • Perform competent financial analysis including understanding of income statements, balance sheets, P&L statements, S&P and Moody ratings.
  • Provide coverage analysis with the ability to identify and understand the differences in indemnity agreements, service agreements, and carrier contract policy wording to client exposures.

Commercial Lines Account Executive Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of industry experience, preferably in a retail agency setting.
  • State insurance license needed with additional professional designations a huge plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to large, complex risks.
