This position will be the first hire in a newly created
national service team that is being designed to support large books of business
at a regional level. Typically this
client plays in the 500 – 5,000 life arena and has a consulting philosophy.
This opportunity will partner directly with the practice
leader to work on the agencies most high profile accounts and work to implement
technology and will be expected to lead the service team by example.
This high profile position will be charged with leading a
high profile book of business with 5,000 or more lives. This individual must be experienced with
national accounts and with leading a team.
In this role you will be charged with managing the day to
day service and renewal of a high profile national account as well as several
others in the 1,000 life arena. Must
have strong self-funded and consulting experience.
This position will be focused on coordinating client support
within the account management team with a direct charge to grow existing
clients and have strong retention.
This position will oversee the agency’s
support staff functions as well as support operations and marketing functions
within the team. This client primarily
focuses on middle market business in the 100 – 2,000 life arena.
