Personal Lines Account Manager
Our client is an independent insurance agency growing in the size and scope of its entire property and casualty division. Personal lines is a major component of the agency's "full service" offerings particularly for business owners the agency also insures in commercial lines. This position, Personal Lines CSR, is responsible for supporting the personal lines sales and account management staff in its ongoing efforts to provide quality customer service and complex consultation.
Personal Lines CSR Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the personal lines account managers and department manager such as policy checking, renewal information gathering and billing.
Create spreadsheets, enter client information into the agency's management system and put files into paperless systems.
Answer calls and provide timely feedback for clients requesting insurance information (certificates, id cards, etc.).
Personal Lines CSR Qualifications:
At least one year of property and casualty insurance customer service experience.
Prior experience working within an insurance agency and with personal lines accounts is highly desired.
Excellent use of Microsoft Word & Excel; experience with an agency management system is beneficial.
Active TN P&C license or able to obtain one shortly upon hire.
