Commercial Lines Client Service Team Leader
Our client is a larger, regional insurance agency build on a philosophy of customer service and value added propositions. The client service team has many layers with direction coming down from its top account executives. As VP, Client Service Team Leader, your role is to participate in all phases of the account service process. At a high level you'll make strategic decisions on the implementation of programs, training, process and procedures. On an administrative level your daily involvement in the policies, procedures and execution of client service is critical to some of the agency's larger, more complex commercial insureds.
VP, Client Service Team Leader Responsibilities:
As a senior consultant serve as the primary point of contact to upper middle market and risk management commercial accounts.
Can manage a team of CSRs and account managers providing advice on complex service issues, offering mentoring and training, and identifying areas for process improvements.
Build internal and external relationships to identify cross selling opportunities with the agency's producers and further the bond between the brokerage and the client.
VP, Client Service Team Leader Qualifications:
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility within a commercial insurance brokerage.
Detailed experience within a commercial agency or national brokerage as an account executive, consultant or team leader.
Enjoys directly managing a dedicated list of accounts while also taking on team leadership duties.
Exposure to a variety of middle market and risk management accounts and the senior client service advisor.
Bachelor's degree, continuing education achievements and advanced training in leadership or process/procedure improvements are all helpful.
