I'm working on a terrific opportunity for an A+ producer.  My client is looking to make a hire to assist with their succession planning as they have two high profile producers retiring within the next two years.  They are looking for an accomplished producer that can assume some of this business and also lead by example by developing new business organically.  This is with a company that has a terrific culture and offers long term growth potential from a leadership standpoint.
