Commercial Lines Producer/Sales Leader
Our client is a full service insurance agency with proven experience in risk management and financial services. They have rich Midwest roots and seek to continue their regional growth after successful acquisitions in 2009. Their personal focus with clients translates into the way they support and develop producers. Its critical they balance the experience within their commercial sales team through the addition of a senior sales executive. With 5-15 years of sales experience, you'll offer existing industry connections, a detailed understanding of the sales cycle, and "mentorship by example" which is so critical to drive new business amongst the firm's developing producers. The agency is willing to invest in the future of its sales team provided in return you can increase market share, write profitable business, and set an early foundation for a long term career. To be considered, you must have ability to open doors to new business relationships, be a strong closer, and actively stay involved in high level consultation with your clients. They will consider producers currently working for an independent retail agency or a direct writer in the greater Cincinnati and Chicagoland areas.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and provides a guaranteed draw with additional commissions on annual new business revenue.
