Senior Commercial Account Manager
Our client is a multi-state independent agency focused on building continuous relationships with clients. They have several specialty divisions within the property and casualty department. This position, Senior Commercial Account Manager, will take a lead role in the healthcare practice. Your role will be to provide a high level of client service, education and advocacy on behalf of hospitals, physicians groups and other related commercial healthcare entities.
Senior Commercial Account Manager Responsibilities:
Provide timely, accurate answers to client inquiries pertaining to their property and casualty insurance programs.
Actively participate in developing written service timelines and organizing renewals.
Develop close relationships with insureds to increase account retention; meet clients in-person during quarterly and mid-year reviews.
Senior Commercial Account Manager Qualifications:
At least five (five) years of property and casualty client service experience.
Broad coverage exposure with property, general liability, auto, work comp, and professional lines.
Experience managing healthcare and/or medical malpractice related accounts is highly desired.
Computer skills working with Microsoft Office applications; prior experience with Applied/TAM software.
