Service Manager Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and
solidify client relationships by implementing and monitoring best practices and
setting clear expectations and timelines.
Responsible for carrier
management and contracts.
Assist in performance
evaluation process for the team.
Coordinate and implement
training programs.
Lead the department
cross-selling efforts, including account rounding.
Carry out strategic
initiatives, marketing, client advocacy, and client presentations.

Service Manager Requirements
8-10 years of industry
experience, preferably in a retail agency or brokerage setting.
Previous management
experience required.
State Life & Health
license required.
Additional professional
designations such as REBC, RHU, and CEBS a plus.
